NO, each set consists of 1 transmitter module (7-pin) and a light set - 2 brackets - 2 chargers (1 for each light) and DashBoard Module that wirelessly displays the lights' battery level - the status of the wireless RF link between the light and transmitter module as well as the DashBoard and transmitter Module.

Yes, if you have, for example, 2 or more implements and 1 tractor, and have purchased 2 or more sets of brackets, you can change the light sets between the implements.
